Dr. Sarah Chen
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Former Stanford Education professor with twenty years in child-centered education. Sarah holds a PhD in Educational Psychology. She founded Omega to bring careful, observation-based schooling to families who learn at home.
James Okafor
Head of Education
Experienced educator and former head of curriculum at two independent schools. James designs Omega's scope and sequence, ensuring every material is faithful to child-centered principles while remaining practical for home settings.
Maria Santos
Head of Technology
Fifteen years building software for schools and libraries. Maria leads Omega's engineering team with one principle: technology should be invisible until a parent or guide needs it. Before Omega, she led product at a public-library system serving four million patrons.
Rachel Kim
Director of Family Support
A homeschool parent of three and former community organizer. Rachel built Omega's family support practice from the ground up -- matching each household with a guide, running parent circles, and making sure no family feels alone.
