Careers

Work that matters.

Omega is a small, remote-first team building careful tools for families who learn at home. We move slowly on purpose, value craft over speed, and believe the best educational technology is the kind children never notice.

Culture

What it is like here

We are educators, engineers, writers, and parents -- many of us all four at once. Our work is guided by the same principles we teach: deep attention, respect for autonomy, and the patience to observe before acting.

Remote-first

Work from wherever your family lives. We coordinate across time zones with written communication and a handful of well-run calls each week.

Deep work, protected

We keep meetings to a minimum. Most days are unscheduled so you can think, write, and build without interruption.

Continuous learning

Every team member has a professional development budget and time set aside for reading, courses, and conferences.

Family-aware

Many of us are homeschooling our own children. Flexible schedules and generous leave are not perks -- they are how we work.
