How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. You will receive a reset link by email within a few minutes.
Can I switch my child's age group?
Yes. Open your family dashboard, go to Settings, and update your child's profile. The curriculum will adjust automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if Omega is not the right fit for your family. No questions asked.
Is there a mobile app?
Our platform works in any modern browser on phones and tablets. A dedicated app is in development.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?
You can pause or cancel from your account settings at any time. Pausing keeps your child's progress data safe until you return.
